Precision. Reliability. Engineered for Bioprocess Excellence.
SED’s Fermenters (Bioreactors) are high-performance vessels designed to cultivate microorganisms or cells under tightly controlled conditions. By regulating temperature, pH, aeration, and mixing, they enable consistent production of biofuels, pharmaceuticals, enzymes, food products, and biogas.
With precision engineering, scalable design, and automated control, SED Fermenters deliver optimal growth conditions, high yields, and reliable performance - setting new standards in industrial fermentation.

How It Works
Sterile Setup
The vessel is sterilized via CIP (Clean-in-Place), filled with growth medium, and seeded with a starter culture.
Controlled Growth
Sensors continuously monitor temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen (for aerobic processes), maintaining optimal growth conditions.
Aeration & Mixing
Aerobic systems introduce oxygen via sparging and impellers, while anaerobic systems maintain oxygen-free conditions for specialized fermentation.
Harvesting
After achieving target growth or product levels, the culture is processed to extract metabolites, cells, or desired bioproducts.
Key Advantages
