Alkali concentration
Alkali concentration is the process of recovering and concentrating spent caustic solutions, typically containing NaOH (sodium hydroxide) or KOH (potassium hydroxide). These solutions come from textile mercerization, cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems, soap manufacturing, or dyeing processes. At SED, we offer efficient and corrosion-resistant evaporator systems that recover caustic solutions and concentrate them up to 48–50%, suitable for direct reuse.
